Blind item of the moment: Glittering Gold

According to word of mouth around, as well as an ‘anonymous agent’ who sold me this information, a certain cosplayer ‘ay lumaki daw ang head agad’, when I said that I don’t mean it in a literal sense. While the said cosplayer is considered a new face, she earned quite some fame and reputation, as she did won SOMETHING, and not some small type chipipay event. They say she didn’t make her own costume herself for that competition.

Clue? None. Jaa!

  1. Is this the TMZ of the Philippine Cosplay Community? :))

@ the blind item: I think I knew her, but I'll just keep my mouth shut. ;P

  4. Mmhmmmmmm, I know the girl. Title pa lang.

What you said is true though. She's turned into 'the rest of them' and fallen to the dark side. She used to be an approachable, kind girl though. But now. Lol.

I don't even want to say the rest.

  6. Jia's a nice girl. She's a real otaku, and is very approachable. Looks just like her pictures in person. She's humble and very sweet.

Even though her costume is not that accurate, lacks the details and doesn't have the perfect fit at some parts, with fingerlights for the lights all over, and somewhat tacky props, she acts well and really feels her character. She -loves- Kos-Mos. She stayed in-character even when being called on stage, etc etc, and kept constantly in-sync with the audio.

Cool girl, a good example IMHO.
And her mom is protective and closely watches/supports her daughter. She keeps the perv photogs a good distance away, too.

It would be sad if she'd turn into Alodia the second, heavens, please no.

Let's save her before she gets taken to the dark side.
